The terms that govern your use of our website and dumpster rental services.
Agreement to Terms
When you visit the Arsenal Waste Management website (arsenalwaste.com) or use anything we offer, you’re agreeing to everything spelled out in these Terms and Conditions. If any part of them doesn’t sit right with you, we ask that you not use the site or book with us.
These terms cover everyone who interacts with us — visitors, customers, contractors, and anyone else using our website or services.
Services Overview
Arsenal Waste Management rents roll-off dumpsters across southern New Hampshire. We drop off, position, and haul away 15, 20, 30, and 40 yard containers for homeowners, businesses, and job sites alike.
We cover Hillsborough, Rockingham, and Merrimack counties along with the communities around them. Availability can vary depending on where your project sits.
Dumpster Rental Terms
Rental Period
Every rental runs on a 3-day minimum starting the day your dumpster arrives. Need it longer? Reach out before pickup and we’ll arrange an extension — the daily rate is confirmed when you book.
Delivery and Placement
We’ll bring the dumpster to the spot you give us at booking. Making sure that area is reachable, clear of obstacles, and roomy enough for our truck to drop off and collect the container is up to you.
Our driver will set it down as close to your requested spot as can be managed safely. Exactly where it lands is the driver’s call, weighing things like ground stability, overhead clearance, and whether the truck can get in and back out safely.
Permits
Putting the dumpster on your own property — a driveway, yard, or job site — usually means no permit is needed. If it has to sit on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, pulling any required permits is your responsibility, and that’s best squared away with your town or county before we deliver.
Weight Limits
Each size comes with a built-in weight allowance:
- 15 Yard: 1 ton included
- 20 Yard: 2 tons included
- 30 Yard: 3 tons included
- 40 Yard: 4 tons included
Go past your allowance and each extra ton is billed at the per-ton rate we confirm at booking. Final weight is measured at the disposal facility.
Prohibited Items
Please keep these out of the dumpster:
- Hazardous chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, asbestos
- Wet paint, stains, lacquer, varnish
- Motor oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene
- Propane tanks, gas cans, flammable liquids
- Medical waste, needles, pharmaceuticals, biohazards
Prohibited Item Fee: Anything on the banned list that turns up in your container means an added charge. We handle these case by case, based on the material and what proper disposal costs — generally somewhere between $50 and $500 or more.
Items Accepted With an Added Fee
A few items are allowed but carry an extra per-item charge — usually $20 to $100 apiece — because they call for special handling or recycling. That includes mattresses, box springs, appliances that hold refrigerant, and tires. Give us a heads-up if any are going in so we can confirm the fee ahead of delivery.
Overfilling
Everything has to stay at or below the top edge of the container. We can’t haul a dumpster loaded past the fill line. If yours is overfilled, we’ll have you pull the excess before pickup, and an extra charge may apply.
Property Responsibility
We take care on every delivery and pickup, but we can’t be responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, buried utilities, or other features that comes from the container’s weight or the delivery itself. If surface protection is a concern, talk it over with us beforehand so we can plan placement together.
Pricing and Payment
What you pay comes down to the size you pick, the rental window included, and the weight allowance that comes with it. Delivery and pickup inside our normal service area are part of that price.
Heading outside our standard service area may add a charge, which we’ll confirm before scheduling your drop-off.
Payment is collected at booking unless we’ve agreed to something else. We take major credit cards along with the other options shown at checkout.
Pricing can change at any time. The amount confirmed when you book is the amount you’ll pay for that rental.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? Let us know as early as possible. Cancel before your dumpster has left for delivery and you’ll get a full refund. Once it’s on the truck or already dropped off, a cancellation fee may apply.
Liability and Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless Arsenal Waste Management, along with its owners, staff, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, or costs that come out of your use of our services — property damage, injury, or breaking these terms included.
We aren’t responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to the use of our services.
Limitation of Liability
If a claim comes up over our services, the most we’ll be responsible for is what you paid for that specific rental. That cap holds no matter how the claim is framed — contract, tort, or any other theory.
Website Use
Everything on this site — text, images, graphics, logos, and code — belongs to Arsenal Waste Management and is protected by copyright. You can’t copy, reproduce, distribute, or build derivative works from it without our written permission.
You also agree not to point bots, scrapers, or other automated tools at the site to pull or extract data.
Third-Party Links
You may come across links to outside websites or services here. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms — following them is at your own risk.
Dispute Resolution
These terms fall under the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any dispute arising from them or from our services will be settled through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You also waive any right to bring or join a class action or class-wide arbitration against Arsenal Waste Management.
Force Majeure
We can’t be held responsible for delays or missed service caused by things beyond our reasonable control — severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government action, or equipment breakdowns among them.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays fully in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions whenever needed. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
